ACCÈS REFRAIN is your new tool to share and borrow equipment, exchange services, and soon, pool talents across Quebec and even Canada. Here, every object, every skill, and every contact becomes a shared resource, ready to make your event simpler, more affordable, and more collaborative.

Who can apply?

To subscribe to ACCÈS REFRAIN, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Organization type

  • Be a REFRAIN member OR

  • Be a Canadian non-profit organization (NPO) involved in event organization.

Required equipment

  • Have a compatible smartphone:

    • iPhone: iOS 13.4 or later (iPhone 6S and newer)

    • Android: Android 8 or later

  • Any computer to access the desktop version

Subscription

  • Annual subscription only (no monthly plan).

Rates:

  • The annual subscription is $100/year

Registration process

  1. Complete the online eligibility form.

  2. Receive confirmation by email and pay the subscription via Stripe.

  3. Receive your unique activation code and create an account on the mobile app.

Access

  • One subscription gives access to one account (use a general email, e.g., info@yourngo.com, for internal sharing).
