In the village, it’s the time of year when everyone claps their feet and taps their hands. Under the big top, you’ll spend an unforgettable evening in a traditional festive atmosphere, where the tunes of rigodons make you dance, dance and dance. That’s the Ripon trad Festival.

About the Festival Ripon trad

The Ripon trad festival is a four-day festival of traditional Quebec music in Ripon, Outaouais. The festival opens on Thursday with an intimate evening indoors, in a warm atmosphere. Friday and Saturday evenings include performances by several traditional music groups under a large marquee, as well as a traditional câllée dance. Saturday is filled with a multitude of activities spread throughout the village, featuring some thirty acoustic concerts in residents' homes and key locations in Ripon. Sunday morning ends the festival with workshops for the whole family and a closing show indoors.
